Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to generate a return

Please contact us on the below link to request a return. Please include your name and order number. A RMA number will be generated for your return. Returns are to be sent back to our plant in Thatcham, UK at the buyers cost.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will initiate a return. Please allow at least 14 days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Money will be sent to your original method of payment. We will email you once your return has been processed.
