Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Generate a Return

Please click on the below "Contact Us" link to initiate a return request.

You must include your name, email address and order number.

An RMA number will be generated for your return once accepted, which must be clearly displayed on the return outer packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our Thatcham (UK) site. We recommended an insured, tracked shipment service.

Refunds

Please allow at least 14 days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed.

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

We will email you once your return has been processed.

We reserve the right to reject any returned product that is not in original, as-new condition.
